π Welcome to the Educational Accreditation Management System (EAMS)
The Educational Accreditation Management System (EAMS) is a comprehensive digital platform designed to support academic programs, academic administrators, and faculty members in effectively managing all aspects of academic accreditation.
The primary goal of this system is to support the academic program and its stakeholders (including academic administrative and faculty members) in managing academic accreditation issues, particularly focusing on the assessment and evaluation of Student Outcomes (SOs), and the organization and collection of course file contents.
The system provides Heads of Departments (HODs) and quality coordinators with tools to monitor the achievement of student outcomes and ensure the timely completion of quality processes. EAMS also helps reduce the time and effort required by providing full, centralized information and data related to courses and programs.
Additionally, EAMS supports the academic program in achieving both national and international accreditation, as it is fully aligned with the standards and requirements of accreditation bodies such as the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation (OAAA) and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
π― Primary and Supporting Functions
-
π― Assessment and Evaluation of Student Outcomes (SOs):
EAMS supports the systematic measurement, assessment, and evaluation of Student Outcomes (SOs). Faculty can enter assessment data, map Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) to SOs, and upload evidence of student achievement. The system provides dashboards and automated reporting to enable effective tracking, ensure continuous improvement, and support accreditation compliance.
-
π Course File Upload System:
Instructors are required to upload course-related documents including syllabi, assignments, exams, CLO-PLO mapping, grade distributions, and student work. This supports academic quality assurance and accreditation activities, particularly aligned with ABET and OAAA standards.
-
βοΈ Internal Messaging System (Supporting Function):
Enables secure communication and document sharing between instructors, program coordinators, and administrators. It facilitates coordination and efficient information exchange within the academic unit.
π How to Use the System

This system provides critical infrastructure for academic quality assurance and accreditation readiness by:
- Capturing and evaluating direct and indirect evidence of student learning and SO achievement.
- Allowing real-time monitoring of progress toward accreditation criteria.
- Organizing and archiving documentation required for national and international reviews.
- Enabling a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
The system supports compliance with:
